recording macros

if i have 10 people who work in my team...and everyday i have to collate data of 10 people in one master sheet(from 10 diff workbook)..then please tell me how it is possible with the help of recording macros.

hey thanks for ur help....but i am looking for solution with recording macros..becoz i do not have any knowledge of vba.
