Recurring Transaction for Cash Flow

Hi i have a cash flow workbook shows weekly cashflow, i want to set up a sheet that recuring transactions can be entered into and the values returned back to corasponding fridays on our cashflow sheet, i have no idea where to start. Can anybody help?

there are templates for cash flow statement. make a google search , key words being
"cash flow statements template in excel format"
