Hi,

I have received a model back from a colleague and the majority of cells are now the #REF! message.

I sent it absolutely fine.

When I press F2 then Enter, the cell returns back to the correct value.

Can someone please tell me why Excel does this AND also whether there is a quicker way to get all the #REF! cells to values without having to individually click into each cell.

Thanks

I don't know what would cause it, but you could do Edit/Replace = with = Replace All to refresh all formulas.
