Refer to another workbook dynamically

Hello

I have the following formula

='R:\Conso\A-conso\2015\[test0315.xlsx]KEYS FIG MONTH'!$H$14

i would like to be able to change dynamically test0315.xlsx to test0415, test0515 etc..

I am aware that Indirect can do that however won't work if the workbook is closed?

Is there a solution for that?
