Refer to Forms Combo Box

If my worksheet has an ActiveX combo box, I can refer to its value as follows:

Code:
Sheet1.ComboBox1.Value

How can I refer to a Combo Box's value if it's a Forms combo box and not an ActiveX combo box?

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
