Reference a formula in a cell to use in another formula

Hi,

In B17:B25 I have a list of names which are fed from different parts of my worksheet (ie- B17 formula is =A44). I will need to update this each time which is fine, however to cut down on updates, in C17:C25 I want a formula that uses the formula in column B (=A44) and uses it in an offset formula which would essentially return the value in C44.

I can't work out how to reference the formula in Col B to use in the offset formula.

Hope this makes sense!
