How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
You would have to use conditional formatting on those cells too (where you have the reference). Conditional formatting is not transferred by formulas.

The word link here made me think that you had a formula on the second sheet just pointing to the cell in the first sheet.

NOW if i copy cell value of BUY or SELL to other sheet how do i use the conditional formating to this one.
The word copy here makes me think you are pasting in the second sheet.

1. Which is it, formula, or copy/paste?

2. If it is copy/paste, are you only pasting values? If so, try out some of the other options in Paste Special (eg All except borders, Formats)

3. What version of Excel are you using?

Sir,

I am using Excel 2003. The formula is on the sheet 1. The output is either the BUY or SELL.
In the second sheet i only link the CELL Value i.e. either BUY or SELL.

It just show me the value without colour as in the sheet 1 where i have put conditional formating.

Whatever Conditional Formatting you have on the first sheet to colour the BUY/SELL values blue or red, then use exactly the same Conditional Formatting on the second sheet to colour the BUY/SELL cells blue or red.
