Reference tab name

I suspect this is a basic question/answer & I will smack myself later but for now I can't figure it out. I want to be able to reference the tab/sheet name in a cell on the worksheet; no formulas or calculations, I just want the name of the sheet so that it updates whenever I copy the sheet & rename it. Thanks in advance for your help.
