Referenced Chart Title keeps dropping reference

I have a chart that I have referenced to a cell that updates when I change the reference in another cell. Mostly the chart title updates when I change the reference, but it drops the reference frequently and the chart title does not update. Also the font size will revert to the original size. So I have to reset the reference and the font size frequently.

Any thoughts on why this is happening?
