Referencing Another Tab

First off I would like to say THANKS to the people that helped me yesterday. I got my sheet setup the way I wanted it.
Below is a screen shot of what I have so far. I was wondering if I could eliminate Column C on the Tab "My Test 3" and have my formula check it against the other Tab "OAs". The C column shown is just copied directly from that Tab.

The OAs Tab are all the "Official Answers" for each separate exam.
The current formula for D is: =COUNTIF(B3,C3)=1

So my question is: What would my new formula look like if column C was eliminated in the current sheet but I had column D referring to the other sheet Coulmn C for example.

=COUNTIF(B3,OAs!C3)=1

that should do it..

Also, the COUNTIF is a little overkill for this purpose
You can just say =A=B
=B3=OAs!C3
