Referencing cells in a sharepoint document onto a sprdsheet

Hi folks,

I have a team task list in sharepoint. It looks very like a spreadsheet and in the task list are things like project name, task name, task lead etc.

I would like to try to link the task sheet to a spreadsheet so that the project name headings etc in my excel spreadsheet are populated from sharepoint.

Has anyone done this or know how to do it?
