 PLEASE help. I can't find this answer anywhere...

I have a row that is filled out one day at a time. Each time it's updated, I need a cell in a different row to reference whatever was the last cell that was filled in in that row.

If I can just reference it (sorry if my lingo is bad, when I say reference, I mean copy the value), I'll be able to plug that into an equation in another cell.

Does anybody have any idea? I've searched high and low for the answer to this. thanks, Dan

Say, for example, you want the last value in row 1. Try this:
=LOOKUP(9.9999999E+308,1:1)

In the cell where you want to reference the last non-empty cell try something like:

=OFFSET(A3,0,COUNTA(A3:IV3)-1)

Denis has a typo as 308 should be 307 and btadam's will not handle empty cells in the range.
