Hi All,

I have an unusual question I am really hoping you can all help me out.

I have a "Master Spreadsheet" that references to multiple other spreadsheets and their specific cells. This is done by inputing the directory and the referencing cell (e.g A1) into the master spreadsheets cell.

e.g
='C:\Users\Scotty\Desktop\\2017\[Spreadsheet.xls]Sheet1'!A1)

My question is... Instead of having a directory in every single cell that you want to reference back to the same spreadsheet.

Is there a way to hyperlink [Spreadsheet.xls] into another spreadsheet and then use the hyperlink to tell the cell to look into the directory (of the hyperlink) and go and get Sheet1!A1?

If not, what would be a simple way of doing this?

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
