REFRESH CLOCK UPDATE

I have had a browse through the different posts on the =NOW() function, but none seems to explain if it is possible to auto-refresh it without the norm of only updating when something is amended.

You don't have to amend something to get the sheet to recalculate, you can hit the F9 key to do this.
