I am capturing info in Access than exporting to Excel.

In Excel i have a workbook called Petty Cash. I update this every week by adding a new worksheet each week and refreshing the data.
The problem is that when I refresh the data, the last entry of "new" data is overwriting the last entry of the previous weeks worksheet. How do I stop this from happening.?
