regarding excel to text file

i am opening a text file whose text is like below

#$language = "VBScript"
#$interface = "1.0"

Sub main
Dim passwd


crt.Screen.Synchronous = True

crt.Screen.WaitForString "ogin: "

crt.Screen.Send "bsnl" & VbCr

crt.Screen.WaitForString "assword:"

crt.Screen.Send "bsnl123" & VbCr

crt.Screen.WaitForString "$"

crt.Screen.Send "find /DW_FILES/dumpyard/INDUMPS/dump_in6*08 *.gz |xargs zgrep 9406548266 " & VbCr

crt.Screen.Synchronous = False

in excel and then getting the red text as input from user
then again saving the file in text

but when i save it it replace the " into """

can any body give some help for this
