RegEx for data between curly brackets

I'm wondering if someone could help me with the pattern to extract all info between curly brackets "{}" and simultaneously remove the brackets.

There's the pattern that will extract the info, but I have to do a Replace to remove the brackets: "\{([^\}[]+)}"

The data should be numeric only (between 0 - 1)

Nevermind. I found an answer (javascript - Regex to get string between curly braces - Stack Overflow) but had to adapt from java.

"[^{\}]+(?=})"
