Hi everyone I have tried everything and I can't get this to work I use it in google sheets, but I would prefer to not have to dump my excel report into sheets every morning.

Essentially I am trying to look up certain values and return my last name for an easy filter if it meets the below criteria.

If it matches the below criteria It would return the value "Sims" in Column M

Project Type That fall under me Column N
  • BDGCD
  • CAOLE
  • ADMNA
  • 5GNRM
  • 5GNRO
  • BDGCS
  • BDVLT
  • 5GSB3
  • 5GCRN
  • CRAN
  • ANTMO
  • EXP
  • 5GVEN
  • RELOC
  • OTCPG
  • BSTL
  • BTTRY
  • BDGAQ
  • CLPWR

State Column V
  • IN
  • KY
Activity Type Column W
EQUIP
CNSER
BLDNG
CNSTR

I appreciate your help in advance with this
