Region selectiona and sorting macro

I receive a block of data weekly that always has the same column layout. The number of rows varies. I am stuck on trying to create a macro that will select only through populated rows and then perform a sort. Any suggestions?

Say the anchor cell is $A$3. (The upper left cell in the range). Then use this code to select the region

Range("$A$3").Select
Selection.CurrentRegion.Select

Now code your sort details
