I see in Excel 2007...there is an option of using "relative references" in a macro.
Is there any way to do that in 2003?

You don't want it to do all of the records in Column A? That's what my macro does.

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
