Relative Path Link

I am trying to take a master copy of a file and copy it in several different folders. I would like for one cell to link to a cell in a file two folders up no matter what folder it is in, but I can't figure any way to do this. Can anyone help on this? Thanks.
 

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
