Hi,

If someone could help me with the following I would appreciate it.

In my workbook I have 2 sheets and I am performing the paste link function from sheet#2 to sheet #1.

On sheet #2 the information that I need is located on every eighth row(E.G. B2 - B10 - B18 Etc.. down through row 400 something)

On sheet #1 I have cells linked with sheet #2 as follows.

A2 thru A7 =Sheet2!B2
A8 thru A13 =Sheet2!B10
A14 thru A19 =Sheet2!B18

My question - Is it possible to copy these in a relative reference so I don't have to go back and forth with paste link for some 400 rows. Because this is just one item that I need linked out of 18 and they all go down 400 rows.

Thanks for your help.

Bill

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
