Reminder in Excel File - using VB

Good day
we have an Excel file with
Date Document details Staff Name Place Remarks
01-01-2017 Visa Peer Muscat Expiry on 08-01-2017
10-02-2017 Passport Hamood Sohar Expiry on 27-02-2017
09-03-2017 Resident Card Mazen Salalah Expiry on 12-03-2017

we need a reminder to pop up or to send by email on the schedule dates (ie column A date )
kindly help us to provide a VB or Macro

Interesting question. In case you don't have Excel open with that program up at the time you need the reminder, I would suggest you create a Scheduled task to pop up. I haven't tried it, but this looks promising.
