I have a user form with a command button on it. When the command button is selected I need to check the date that is recorded in cell Q2 of a sheet called Data. If the date is more than a 10 days old I need a message to apper warning the user and then give them two options. The first to continue, the second to abort the current macro.

Can anyone help?

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
try this ....
Code:
Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()
If Sheets("Data").Range("Q2").Value < Date - 10 Then
    resp = MsgBox("Date to older than 10 days" & Chr(10) & "Do you want to continue", vbYesNo)
    If resp = vbNo Then
        Exit Sub
    Else
       MsgBox "Continue"
    End If
End If
End Sub
