remove all but the first number in a cell

Hello, I get a report that will have only one, or several numbers, in a cell like the attached example. I need to get only the first number in the next cell over. Not sure about how to do this without deleting them manually. But this report can be several hundred rows some times. . thanks for the help.

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Try this:
Excel Formula:
=IFERROR(TRIM(LEFT(A1,SEARCH(",",A1)-1)),A1)
