Remove all Leading zeros in decimal

Hello. I have a long decimals in my sheet. Need to remove all leading zeros.

Example: A1 = 0.000073735 Need the result to be: 0.73735 (the four leading zeros before the 7 are gone).
Example: B1 = 0.000285123 Need the result to be: 0.285123 (the three leading zeros before the 2 are gone).
