Remove duplicates in a row

WSH-2	LAD-5	LAD-5	SF-1	LAD-5	WSH-2	LAD-5

By using a formula i want to get unique values in Column H,I, and J. in column H should be WSH-2 in I LAD-5 and in J SF-1. How can I do that?

i tried the suggested formula by replacing "ROWS" as "COLUMNS", it worked as what you intended
