Remove duplicates in same order

Hello,

This is just an enquiry. I have 800-900 values in a column, some of which are numbers and some with text and numbers. When I select and copy the data and paste it in another column and press remove duplicates, is the result in the same order as in the original data. I mean are the values displayed in the same order as in the original column. I tried it a few times and it is in the same order. Is there any possiblitly that the order may change. This is very important and wanted to be sure as the connecting columns of the result are dependent on this unique values.

Removing duplicates will remove the 2nd, 3rd etc... duplicate from top to bottom. Outside of that the order won't change.
