I have a worksheet with a row that contains large blocks of text = much larger than they need to be because of having clusters of line breaks throughout due to the way the data export worked. I would like to remove line breaks - but only when there are two or more line breaks. Is this possible?

Hi centurymantra. Keep a backup copy of your workbook and trial this code. Seems like it will work. U will need to adjust the sheet name to suit. HTH. Dave
Code:
Sub test()
Dim Rng As Range, Splitter As Variant
Dim TempStr As String, Cnt As Integer
For Each Rng In Sheets("Sheet1").UsedRange
Splitter = Split(Rng.Text, Chr(13) & Chr(10))
If UBound(Splitter) > 1 Then
TempStr = vbNullString
For Cnt = LBound(Splitter) To UBound(Splitter)
TempStr = TempStr & Splitter(Cnt) & " "
Next Cnt
Rng.Value = TempStr
End If
Next Rng
End Sub
