I'm populating a Textbox on a Userform based on a Listbox selection like this;

Code:
TextStaff.Value = ListBox1.Value

What I'd like to do now is remove the TextStaff value and have tried this but it doesn't work;

Code:
ListBox1.RemoveItem (TextStaff.Value)

Can someone show me how please?

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Here is how you remove items from a listbox.
This script removes the first value in the list.

Code:
Private Sub CommandButton5_Click()
ListBox1.RemoveItem (0)
End Sub

To remove a particular value from a listbox use this:
Code:
Private Sub CommandButton5_Click()
For i = ListBox1.ListCount - 1 To 0 Step -1
  If ListBox1.List(i) = "Bob" Then
    ListBox1.RemoveItem (i)
  End If
Next
End Sub
