Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Hey, try this:

=SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(D3,"'",""),"""",""),"-","")
