Hi,

I have a pivot table and for some of the rows there are zero values across the board for the full year, yet they still appear in the table. Is there a way to remove these lines without having to manually remove each row in the dropdown?

I have hidden the row name for confidential reasons.

Image attached for reference.

Thank you

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Thanks, I am trying to see is there a quicker way to do it without having to use the filter? There potentially could be up to 40 rows to remove by filter.

With the filter you only have to remove one field...
