Hi all, In Excel 2010, I am copying and pasting data from a webpage, and a certain cell has something like the follow:

1.5L

Along those lines, how can I remove that "L"

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)

Try this...

Select the range of cells in question
Goto the Home tab>Editing group>Find & Select (the binocular icon)>Replace
Find what: L
Replace with: nothing, leave this blank
Replace All
