Hi,

I'm trying to use Find/Replace to remove carriage returns from my Excel sheet but when I try either Ctrl+J or Alt+010 it doesn't seem to remove the carriage returns from the cell. I get the message "Couldn't find anything to replace" from Excel.

Does anyone have an idea why this isn't working?

I'm using latest Office Excel 365 version on Windows 10.

Thank you!

Hi o7. I'm using Office 365 and windows 10 and Ctrl-J works for me. Perhaps turning the computer of, turning three times anticlockwise with your eyes shut chanting "Sod Microsoft" and turning the computer back on will fix the problem.
