Removing dashes from numbers

I have a column in an excel spreadsheet that contains numbers with dashs between them, for example 4857-3, 7689-4, 8765-6.

I would like to know how I can remove the dashes from the all the numbers in the column.

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
you can also use
FIND & REPLACE
1) Press Ctrl+H to open to Open find and replace
2) in Find what : write -
3) in Replace with : leave it empty
4) press Replace all
