I have a drop down list set up in a cell. I would like to completely remove it so it is a blank cell with default properties. I have tried going into Data, Data Validation, and selecting Clear All as online instructions have said but it has no effect. How can I make it disappear?

Excel Facts

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Make sure you have the cell with the drop down in it selected when you do the clear all.

Else, I don't know.

Howard
