I am having trouble with making a query show all the cities I have in decending order and making each city appear only once. If I try to delete the extra cities though it deletes the information in the table I created the query from. If you could please help I would GREATLY appreciate it. I have been trying to figure this out for the past 3 days and it is driving me nuts!!!! Thank You!

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
You should just be able to set the properties of the query to return Unique values or records.

You could do that in SQL using DISTINCT but in design view you would right click the query and select properties.

If that doesn't work then there could be something else going on.

Could even be some errant spaces.:)
