I have the below data set which analyses product performance.

Excel Workbook
ABCDE
1DATEpurchase_typecountryorder_idProduct Name
22/04/2011PURCHASEus12345A
32/04/2011PURCHASEus25498B
42/04/2011PURCHASEus12345C
52/04/2011PURCHASEus68987A
62/04/2011PURCHASEus87431B
72/04/2011PURCHASEau64677C
Sheet1
Excel 2007

When I pull this into a pivot table I am getting a total of 6 but what I really want is an overall total of 5 (i.e. do not want duplicates) when I look at summary data but the total of 6 when I look by product.

Can this be done in a Pivot table or am I going to need to get a bit more creative?

Cheers.
