What i require is to split out the forename and surname

Is this possible?
and if so how would i go about it (baring manually doing it that is)

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
You can use Data > Text To Columns, specify Delimited with Space as the delimiter.
