Removing logo from Excel spreadsheet

Hi,
I am using a quite complicated spreadsheet at work(engineering).
I am trying to get rid of the logo, however I can't remove it (I am not very experienced in Excel).

If you find a way to remove it can you please send it to email removed and post a solution to the problem here, so that other people with similar problem can resolve their problems?

the sheet is protected, do you have the authority to remove the protection

I don't have the password. Is there a work around the password? I really want to remove the logo.
