Removing Scientific Notation from #'s and putting into text

I've done this before but I forget exactly what I did.

In one cell I have a number in this format:

2.00719E+12

I am trying to convert it to this format (in another cell):

2007189815787


=text(A2, "@")

doesn't work...

@ Is the indicator for Text I beleive
# Is the indicator for Number


try
=TEXT(A2, "#")

 

[Err]
