I am preparing a report where there is a city name and code for each city..

I have tried to change subtaotals and the fields but I get sub-totals after each item.

If I do pivot report with City under Row and COunt of City in Data, it totals each item with out subtotal but when I add the additional code for the city, it shows me both the sity and city code but also shows a subtotal after every item... Bottom line is I want just a total for the combination and no sub totals..

I would like it to look like Glenwood and Grant Park but it is totaling like Harvey and Hazelcrest... I waant to eliminate the Harvery Total etc.

Glenwood 425 153
Grant Park 940 17

Harvey 426 308
Harvey Total 308
Hazel Crest 429 234
Hazel Crest Total 234

thank you!!

Thanks Andrew...

So simple when you know what you are doing..

I only use this Pivot table one time per year when I do this report so I forget things but I never knew this part...

thanks again!!
