Removing underline & colour of hyperlinked text

If a word(Text) is hyperlinked to any worksheet, it becomes blue in colour and underlined. I want the text(word) to look like nornal word nut it hyperlinked function should work. How it is possible?

You can remove the color and underline with the normal formatting toolbar, just as if it were any other text.

All you have to do is clear the cell formatting.

How to do that depends on what version of Excel you're using.

In Excel 2003 and earlier...

Select the cell in question
Goto the menu Edit>Clear>Formats

In Excel 2007 and later...

Select the cell in question
Goto the Home tab
Editing group>Clear Formats
