Removing unused cell lines.

After a worksheet has been completed, can I remove all the none framed or "grey" cell lines that have not been used to offer a cleaner finished product?

I assume you are meaning grid lines and if so, the answer is yes. You can hide them in excel, or you can color everything with white fill both of which would work. You can also disable column and row headers too. In excel 2007 it's under the View tab, i believe it's in the options on earlier versions and I'm unsure about newer versions.
