Renaming an Excel workbook

Hi all,
Is it possible to have a workbook, and when its opened it forces the user to rename it before they even start doing any work?
I have played with the readonly setting, but cant seem to find what I need.

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
