Renaming Form Buttons

Hi there,

I want to rename a form button. This is separate from editing the text inside the button.

When I click on the button, go to insert/name, the underlying name is different from the text entered into the button.

How can i redefine the name of the button?

Assuming that this button is in a userform then you can change the name in the button's properties window (it is the top option).

Hey there - thanks for the response...not sure where this property option is. I don't see it by right clicking on the button.
