Renaming worksheets to include the years

Hi Everyone,

I need some script that will rename my worksheets to include the year (i.e 2009 & 2008 & 2007). I have the date appearing in cells B43:B46 that change annually. So Ideally I would what sheet one to be named as YE and the data that is in cell B43 and sheet 2 to be name YE and the value in cell 44 or just use the date.
