Reorder legend entries

I tried this step of right clicking on the data series and select format data series, go to the series order tab and move the series in the order you want.
Unfortunately, but the entry I'm trying to move is not listed in that data series...when i click on the applicable line and select format data series, only the entry i'm trying to move is listed...no options to move it up in the order...any suggestions? thanks for your help

Hi Jasmine:

Please clarify what is the Type of the Chart, and how many series have you charted. In youer question, you say legend entries, but in the body of your post, you refer to moving the Series Up and Down -- the series could be moved up or down if you have more than one series. If you are refering to legend entries, then you should be working with Chart Options -- that will have a tab for legend -- and you would be able to alter the place where the legend is placed.

I am not sure if this has helped -- if not, please explain a little further and let us take it from there.
