Repaired records problem

I am working with spreadsheets in Excel 2010 using VBA macros. The shapes that I add are Commandbuttons
For some unknown reason it displays the "Repaired Records: Drawing from /xl/drawings/drawing9.xml part (Drawing shape)" message when I open a saved workbook.
When responding with "Yes", all the buttons are gone.

How can I scan to find all the shapes, obviously it must contain an invalid or incomplete entity

Additional information: I do a save-as on the spreadsheet several times without making any changes. Some are corrupted others are not.
Clueless why that can happen

Appreciate any help

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Anyone have a solution or suggestion. I could make my spreadsheet available to you if so needed
