Hello,

to calculate the number of minutes spend on tasks per day and per staff, I need to repeat a formula in a number of rows. I can do it in a formula, using other spreadsheets but the file is like 10 mega !!

Just for example:

0 1 2 3 4
8am PC email cleaning meeting

9am ...

for instance for 8 am, each task gives 15min, per default in the formula. If three task each task would be 20min, etc.
There are 12 hours per working day and I need to repeat the formula within that range.

What is the way to repeat a formula within a range in a macro.

cheers

and thanks
